Problem: Scale build up in the boiling chamber of your water distiller (or kettle)? Any build up of insoluble materials reduces the effectiveness of the appliance to work properly, and often shortens it's usable life.

Solution: Simply empty the boiling chamber (or kettle) of water and residue. Fill a litre container (or more if required) with warm water and add two tablespoons of Steel Kleen Cleaning Solution. Stir to dissolve. Pour into the chamber and add enough water to cover the scale. Allow to stand for 4 to 5 hours until the scale softens. For heavy deposits of scale allow solution to stand overnight.

Rinse out dissolved / loosened scale and sediment when complete.
